Sustainability efforts in business travel are gaining traction with increased regulation and scrutiny in Europe, but may start to take a backseat in the U.S. This report will survey both markets to see how durable sustainability strategies have become and what's the next step for both Europe and North America.

Sustainability in Business Travel Feature + Webinar Co-Sponsorship Deliverables: £15,000 net 

Feature Promotions  

  • Company logo included as co-sponsor on all LinkedIn promotions 

  • Company logo included as co-sponsor on all HTML e-mail promotions (Sent to 45,000 opt-in BTN qualified subscribers) 

    • Company’s corporate profile linked within HTML e-mail promotion    

Microsite Deliverables 

  • Company logo included as a co-sponsor in a static leaderboard ad unit at the top of each article page within the microsite and on the landing page. Ad unit to be built by BTN.  

  • 1x rotating fabric ad (static, animated or video) included in each article page within the microsite. Ad unit to be provided by sponsor. Specs: 1500x270 and 320x415 for mobile. 

  • 1x rotating half page ad (static, animated or video) included on the issue’s microsite landing page. Ad unit to be provided by sponsor. Specs: 300x600. 

  • Corporate profile (assets to be provided by sponsor) Positioned within the article list on the landing page. Corporate Advertorial Profile copy should focus on sponsor company offerings relevant to corporate travel management and business travelers.

    • Sponsor to provide 500-550 words of final, proofed copy and Company URL in a Word doc 

    • Sponsor to provide two high-resolution images as .jpg, .tif or .eps. 

Average Impressions per unit: 

  • Logo in Leaderboard: 4,000 impressions 

  • Half Page ad: 2500 impressions 

  • Fabric Ad: 2000 impressions 

Duration: 12 months or until 2025 feature is published 

Webinar Deliverables   

  • Company logo included as a co-sponsor in all webinar registration promotions and on the webinar console 

  • Custom registration link/URL to invite clients to attend the webinar and reporting will indicate all who registered from your custom invites  

  • Webinar registration list which will include the demographics (name, title, company, email, annual T&E spend) of all registrations based on those who have opted-in and according to GDPR compliance 

Microsite Advertising  

Rotating Fabric Ad (1500x270): £4,500 net (to be placed on each article page). Mobile: 320x415.
